Fog highway
Botontap
Tap the windshield to commit the traveler into the audible gap between oncoming headlight pairs and extend the fog run.

Tap the gap
Phases
- Shoulder The glass is waiting. The engine cue has to finish, and the headlight pair has to open wide enough, before a tap commits. A tap that comes early stays on Shoulder.
- Rumble The lane pair is still sounding. The gap is not legal while the cue plays.
- Crossing The traveler is crossing the lane. A tap here is refused and the run count does not advance.
- Wreck A headlight strike ends the run.
How a run goes
- Each pair writes an engine cue. Shoulder folds into Rumble until the cue is done and the gap is wide enough.
- Tap the glass on Shoulder once the gap is legal. The commit plays, and the lane cross begins.
- A clear lane counts a gap, the run number goes up, and the phase returns to Shoulder for the next pair.
- After a wreck, the overlay shows that run and the best streak. Retry resets the windshield and keeps the ledger.
- Records, from the sheet grip, shows the best streak and a tape of recent runs with gap counts and wreck times.
Screens
- Onboarding Two full pages of ink-wash art, a headline, and a full-width Continue button along the bottom. A seeded simulator opens straight on the run.
- Run The home windshield. Grey fog on the horizon, a headlight beam, rain on the glass, the run count, and a phase caption for Shoulder, Rumble, or Crossing. The whole glass is the tap.
- Wreck The final run count, the best streak, and a full-width Retry button.
- Records A hero block for the best streak, then the run tape. An empty ledger is a full page of mist art, the headline 'No runs yet.', one line of copy, and a full-width Start a run button.
- Settings A haptics toggle, Reset run data with a confirm that names the ledger and what will be lost, a contact link, and the version.
Botontap stays on the device. One tap, timed by the engine. No account, no ads, and no purchases. A wreck can strike the haptic when haptics are on.
